Hi, I made a purchase some time ago for a skin called Chat Fusion and received an email welcoming me to the forums and site. Also PayPal email. However where do i download the Skin from...? I have checked my Junk Folder and theres no emails from you and i was not directed to any download section when i made the purchase.

Can you please advise. Thanks.

No, clicking on that isn't hard. But it's confusing for customers when you click "Purchase" and then it doesn't tell you what to do next. I was expecting an email with a download link or at least instructions. Even when I DID click on customers, it took a while for my account to be activated first, which made it more confusing because it looked like there was nothing there.

I'm just trying to help and wanted you to understand my slightly unpleasant experience.
