I purchased the Red Carbon theme a year ago... I tried to get into the customer area to download the 3.8.3 version but it won't let me. I assume my license is up? How much is a renewal?

Thanks for the reply.

I logged in and it show my license is still active, however, when I click the downloads link under manage, it says "there are no downloads available."

Also, in my account it says I have several invoices due... this must of been an error when I purchased a license last July. I tried deleting them but I couldn't.

The invoice will probably be an error. If you read the announcement again you'll see we are migrating to a new system and you must fill in a form to get your licenses transferred.

Once your licenses have been treansferred you will be able to download them here: http://www.vbskinzone.com/members/
