Why there are no 2 culumns like that : 1 on the left with the user's informations and the other one on the right with his message, instead of the actual disposition : all user's informations on the top, all along the page, and the message under all along the page too (not very nice and not easy to read) ?

your skins are very nice, but this layout isn't the best, i think

The forum here is using the standard vBulletin postbit, if you want the (old) legacy post bit with user info to the side you select that in vBulletin ACP Styles settings.
