I have 3.8.1 Version but my page customers i have 3.8.0 and 3.8.2 version and no 3.8.1

The easiest way would be to upgrade your vBulletin surely? We only keep our latest versions online.

If it's a problem upgrading, PM me your email address and I'll send the 3.8.1 version directly to you.

As regards to the sidebar, its an optional extra you can turn on and off.
