vertical grey stripes instead of horizontal

We installed Web Point on a fresh Vbulletin board and everything looks great so far except that the grey background strips on every second row are instead showed on every second column, that is like the standard Vbullentin style. How can we correct this?

Have you checked out documentation regarding the installation of the included product xml?

Thank you for your reply, yes we have installed the product xml in admin cp using [Add/Import Product] under Manage Products. Please see the attachments. What can we do to find the problem?

You just need to go to your vBulletin options, scroll down until you find the Web Point style options and enter the style ID of Web Point on your vBulletin.

If you hover your mouse over the style in the style manager, you will see an URL in your broswers status bar. The Id will be at the end of the URL.
